Commercial Use (CC License and Optional CC+ License Waiver)

You are free to use these images in an unlimited way for any purpose you like, commercial or otherwise. I do not require attribution for printed or online images altered in any way including resizing, and the original image metadata contains the information (appropriate credit and link to image creator in a reasonable manner as per wishes of image creator) required for baseline Creative Commons licensing (version by 4.0) For additional protection I provide an additional digitally signed separate and independent license (waiver) granting more permissions (namely waiving any visible or metadata copyright or license attribution conditions whatsoever, for any named image(s) including original and derived) as allowed under terms of Creative Commons+ (CC+). I upload all original images in jpeg form to Adobe Content Credentials for cloud storage of creation date and original creator for further protection for buyers.
Creative Commons provides creators with licensing to encourage the sharing and distribution of their work. Although the author’s work remains copyrighted, a Creative Commons license allows others to copy, share and reuse the work with limited or no restrictions. CC+ is a protocol providing a simple way for users to get rights beyond the rights granted by a CC license including additional permissions or services such as warranty, permission to use without attribution, or even access to physical media.
Basically this means any image is initially licensed under terms of CC BY 4.0, and if you do (or do not) remove metadata attribution in derived images (I request removal of metadata copyright information to the extent reasonably practicable for any derived images, which usually happens automatically when resizing or otherwise changing images).
The additional independent optionally provided CC+ (PDF document) license (waiver) allows for non attribution of any named image(s) used in any way as per terms of CC+ (so there is no requirement to reference creator, copyright or any CC BY 4.0 license information in any way including metadata, hyperlinks, external text referencing CC BY 4.0 etc) even if you do not alter image(s) in any way.
My aim is to provide licensees (image users) with a way to use my images with good copyright protection but without the need to attribute me (the author) or provide any other visible license information for online or offline images.
This is for the maximum level of protection I believe I can provide for licensees (image users) who wish to use images commercially without visible copyright or license statements. Every original image is also referenced in jpg form with Adobe Content Credentials as proof of my original copyright and creation date.
Below is an example of an image with embedded metadata (see screenshots of embedded metadata when viewed with Photoshop or similar image software). That is the only requirement I regard as practicable to use in unaltered images (I do not believe it is practicable to require users to use visible text/hyperlinks with images if they are using on their own website or commercial products as it interferes with their own design, and anyone who intends to use images publicly could, and reasonably would, check metadata or Adobe Content Credentials, Google images etc for copyright information).
